CROARA GOLF CLUB
The course, designed by Burlatti, was opened in 1976 with 9 holes. Only later was it completed by the architect Croze in its current guise of 18 holes.
The first Italian venue for the Women’s Open in 1990, the Croara Country Club is bordered on one side by the river Trebbia, from which the valley takes its name, and on the other, by an immense centuries-old wood of oaks, presenting panoramic views of rare beauty: foremost among them is Rivalta Castle and the view down the valley.
